Data Collection and use of you information
Initiate Create collects the details provided by you via the website enquiry form and newsletter sign up form together with information learnt about you from your visits to the website.
The personal information collected from the contact form or newsletter sign up form includes your Name, Email Address, Telephone Number and any other information which may be included in your message.
Initiate Create will use the information you supply to communicate with you. The website form contains an un-ticked sign up box. If you tick this box, your information may be used to send you offers and newsletters in connection with Initiate Create and we may contact you by email or telephone for these purposes. If you do not want to receive communications from Initiate Create please do not tick the box. Any marketing or promotional emails will have the option for you to unsubscribe or opt out.
The information you supply is stored on the Initiate Create email server as an email and will also be added to Initiate Creates Contact list within Microsoft Outlook.
Google Analytics is used on the site which collects data to identify user behaviour. This includes a users geographic area and a Users IP Address. This is collected when you visit the site.
Initiate Create take all practical steps to try and protect the data you provide via our website and our website has security measures in place to try and protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information that you provide.
