Gleave Homes is a property development company who pride themselves on building bespoke homes with traditional aspects and contemporary living spaces in prime residential areas around Cheshire and South Manchester.

Initiate Create were first approached by Gleave homes to re-design their website which can be viewed at www.gleavehomes.co.uk

After completion of the website, a new brochure was required to promote their latest developments in Hartford.

The 16 page brochure was designed and printed to a higher spec and included a silver foil printed cover to appeal to the more affluent client.
